Soccer

Jack started playing soccer!!! He is on the Blue Pathers team at 1st Baptist Church in Ardmore's league, King's Kids.  He loves it!! He has had 2 practices and his 1st game!  Here are a few pics from practice and his game.

His 1st game ended great...the beginning not so much!  Jack said he didn't realize that people could knock each other down, so it was pretty tramatic that he instantly got knocked down and stepped on.  I mean they are 3 and 4 yrs. old kids...it happens!  He cried and cried and said he didn't want to play anymore and Max could play for him and he would happily sit with us and watch (yeah it was bad!).  But with much resistance and a pep talk from Will's Mom (Nana), he got back on the field and started having fun! In fact, he even scored his 1st goal! We were very proud of him for playing a good game and trying again even though he was nervous.
