Max's 6 Month Checkup

Yesterday was Max's 6 Month Checkup! I had a big talk with Jack before we went about how this appointment wasn't for him and all he had to do is sit and be helpful. He was cool with going after that was explained. Max did great! He is weighing in at 17 lbs. 14 oz. and is 26 inches long. Statisically he is in the 50% in his weight and the 30% in his height. The funny thing is he is in the 77% in the head circumference department. So...if Max continues down this path, he will be short, fat and have a huge head!! ha ha The shots turned ugly, but you have to do what you have to do. Jack did not like that Max had to have several shots. He teared up on me. When the shots were over, Jack told Max that he did good and he was proud of him. Isn't that sweet!!! Max has been running a fever since, but hopefully today it will return back to normal! My pediatrician was VERY impressed at how well Max was sitting up and his vocal abilities were quite developed. I laughed and explained that there is CONSTANT conversation at our house all day/every day!! ha ha
