Jones Family: My Baby

My sweet baby boy turned 18 months a few weeks back and I wanted to show him off. He is getting so big!! I love his sweet personality. Don't get me wrong he can be as mean as a snake when he needs too! We have been sick the entire month with one thing after another, so we have seen the dr. several times and here are his stats. He is weighing in at 30.3 lbs!!! I checked Jack's weight at 24 months and he was only 25lbs. In fact, Jack weighed 35.5 at the dr the other day. I am afraid by summer they may be wearing the same clothes. ha ha

Some funny things that Max is doing or has done:

locked me out of the house...I ran out to start the car on a very chilly morning to only return with the door locked behind me. I rang the doorbell several times and Jack opened it for me. I told him that he was my hero! He loved that!

wants to wear Jack's underwear over his diaper. In fact, we very rarely get ready without him running to Jack's room with a pair to put on. I hope this means potty training will be easier.

will not eat off his highchair tray anymore. For a few days I could not get him to eat in his chair. I could not figure out what was going on, and then one time I set the plate on the table and he started pointing at it. I moved his chair up to the table and he started eating away. For Max to give up food, that is a BIG deal. Apparently he really wanted to start eating at the table. ha ha

loves to sing and dance. He loves Twinkle, Twinkle little star. He starts yelling STAR as soon as I start to sing.

is not afraid of anything. He is such a dare devil. He will jump off of things that scare me. I am so afraid he will get hurt, but boys will be boys. Jack was a crazy jumper too and I guess he survived.

loves his Big Brother! He is always looking for Jack, yelling for Jack, and basically following him around all day!

not the biggest fan of MMO yet. I just started him in Feb. and unfortunately we have been sick a lot, so it hasn't become part of his routine. He doesn't love it but I am hopefully that he will soon! What can I say, he is DEFINITELY a Mama's boy!
