Last week, I took the boys to the Veteran's Parade in downtown Huntsville. I have never been before, but I guarantee it won't be our last. It was great!! I got to Big Spring Park about 30 minutes early because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to park and find a good spot before the parade started. We had time to feed the ducks and walk around before we had to find a spot to watch the parade. I really enjoyed the parade and even got a little teary eyed when the WWII veterans rode by. Both of my grandfathers were WWII veterans and I thought they would have looked great on that float!! Thanks to all our service men and women!! What a wonderful country we live in thanks to them!!
