Max is here!! He made his grand appearance on Monday morning at 6:50am. He weighed 6 lbs. and 1 oz. and was 18 1/2 inches long. He is perfect!!
My water broke Sunday night about an hour after Will & Jack got home from church. We got to the hospital and everything went smoothly from there. They were going to start Pitacin? Monday morning around 7 if I hadn't progressed on my own through the night. I received my lovely epidural around 2am and at 6am I was at 8cm. The nurse decided to go ahead and call the dr. and within 5 minutes I was ready to go. Literally the dr. walked in and caught him. ha ha Afterwards we learned that the cord was around his neck and if I hadn't gone that fast they would have probably done a C section within a few minutes. Isn't it amazing through this pregnancy what all COULD have happened!?! God is so GOOD!!
So far Max is a great baby! He has a lot of black hair which makes it hard for us to figure out who he looks like. His pic from the hospital looks exactly like Jack's pic but before that we didn't think he looks like him. Time will tell I am sure. Thanks again for all the prayers on our behalf the past few months. It has been a difficult road with a wonderful outcome! I am blessed!

Great pics!! I can't believe he looks like Jack...I didn't think he did either, but you've got the proof :-). I'm sure he's changing everyday, I can't wait to see him again. Hope you're doing good, too :-).
